Tastes Like: baked apple, fennel, lemon zest Feels Like: afternoon in the highlands
This is a crisp black tea blend made by marrying mild black tea and tart green apple, with a bit of fennel and clove to brighten and deepen the apple flavor. Like an irresistible apple pie with subtle spices and a hint of tartness, this tea is warm yet bright. Milk enhances its natural sweetness. It makes a stunning iced tea, and a very exciting tea latte. A sweet-tart afternoon tea that is a delicious pair with pastries.
