Shipping Policy

Sandy Floors is a curated marketplace featuring products from independent brands, small businesses, and partner suppliers. Most products sold through our store are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand or supplier that provides them rather than from a single Sandy Floors warehouse.

Where Your Order Ships From

Products may ship from different locations depending on the brand you purchase from. If your order contains items from multiple brands, it may arrive in two or more packages, on different days, and through different carriers. Separate packages are normal and do not necessarily mean an item is missing.

Processing & Fulfillment

Processing times are determined primarily by the brand or supplier fulfilling the product. We encourage our partners to fulfill orders promptly, but processing times can vary by product, supplier, season, weekends, holidays, weather, inventory conditions, and order volume. Any delivery dates or transit times shown at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Because products can be fulfilled by different suppliers, shipping rates may be based on the supplier, destination, products ordered, package requirements, and available carrier services. Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment partners may have shipping costs calculated separately or combined by Shopify at checkout.

Tracking

When a fulfillment partner ships your item and provides tracking information, the tracking details are passed to Sandy Floors and included in your shipping confirmation or order information. Tracking for separate packages may become available at different times.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier transit and delivery estimates begin after an item has been processed and handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, peak-season volume, customs, incorrect addresses, and other events outside the control of Sandy Floors or the fulfilling partner can affect delivery.

Multiple-Brand Orders

If you purchase from several brands in one checkout, each brand may fulfill its portion independently. You may receive multiple shipment confirmations and tracking numbers. Please review the tracking information for each shipment before reporting part of a multi-brand order as missing.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Because partner orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address when permitted by law.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows unusual delays, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your shipment arrives damaged, contact Sandy Floors with your order number. We will work with the applicable fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. Please keep damaged packaging and take photographs when possible until the issue is resolved.

International Shipping

International availability depends on the product, supplier, and destination. When international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout specifically states that those charges are included. Customs processing can also extend delivery times.

Returns

Do not return an item to the address printed on its shipping label unless Sandy Floors specifically instructs you to do so. Return destinations can differ from original shipping locations. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us first for authorization and the correct return instructions.
