Burlap & Barrel Minced Onion brings rich, sweet onion flavor and a little texture to soups, sauces, savory breads and homemade dips. Grown in Vietnam’s Red River Delta, the yellow onions are sliced and dried through a careful cycle of heating and cooling that develops their caramelized character and sweet, toasty aroma.
Keep this dried onion seasoning in your pantry for an easy boost of savory depth without chopping a fresh onion. Stir it into a simmering soup, fold it into biscuit dough or rehydrate it for dressings and marinades.
